Dinner

Our Robert E. Lee Dining room provides a warm ambiance with natural wood and a breathtaking mountain views. We welcome you to an intimate dining experience that will go beyond all expectations in unforgettable surroundings. All dishes are made with the freshest ingredients, homemade sauces and entrees are prepared at the time of your order.

Our three course dinner consists of appetizer, entrée, non-alcoholic beverage, and dessert, and is served from 6:00 to 8:00 daily. Advance reservations are required for evening dining. Non-Inn staying guests are always welcome, please call for a reservation.

Large Portobello stuffed with Gruyere Cheese with a balsamic glaze

Shrimp and Scallops
Citrus Marinated Shrimp and Scallops, grilled and served in a white wine lobster sauce

Spinach Dip
Fresh sautéed spinach mixed with garlic and fresh spices and blended with cream cheese

Garden Fresh Salad
Mixed field greens with the perfect mixture of Roman tomatoes, heart of palm, red onions, carrots, homemade croutons, and your choice of homemade dressing. House Raspberry Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Ranch.

New York Strip
10 to 12 ounce of Natural Black Angus beef lightly seasoned and grilled to order and served with a robust peppercorn sauce.

Pork Tenderloin Medallions
Pork Medalions grilled to perfection and served with a homemade Raspberry Sauce.

Grilled Chicken Breast with Boursin Wine Sauce
Marinated in our own recipe, grilled and served in a creamy boursin wine sauce.

Beef Stuffed with Lump Crab
12 to 16 ounce filet of Beef stuffed with Jumbo Lump Crab with Tarragon Garlic Butter served with a mushroom sauce.

Salmon Newberg
Filet of Salmon seasoned with fresh spices and baked or grilled with fine sherry and served with Newberg sauce.

Pasta Marinara with Fresh Tomatoes and Basil
Angle hair pasta served with our own homemade marinara sauce and topped with fresh tomato and basil. You may add shrimp to this entrée.
